The soles of the feet and armpits are two of the body's discharge pathways for toxins. Since 1980 birth defects have increased 1600% and breast cancer has increased 250%. While we could sit here all day and rattle off percentages, we all know we are living in the most polluted environment in the earth's known history. One of the reasons for such a large increase in cancer, birth defects, and other diseases is due to the increased exposure to petrochemicals, toxins, heavy metals, and other chemicals in the environment and our food. While there is no way to prevent yourself from being exposed to harmful toxins, (without locking yourself in a bubble) there are many ways to help your body rid the toxins that can lead to cancer and other diseases.
