Our Week ~ 5/19/08

Here's last weeks re-cap!

Last week was a normal one for the Fritsche's.....CRAZY!! It's was full with school stuff and everyday busy work. But on top of all of our normal stuff, Dave's car decides to poop out. Not that I was too upset by it but now on top of everything that was going on, we were down to one car so that was a little crazy to juggle. Which by the way, we are still doing because we have not found another car yet. But anyway, the highlight of the week for the girls was Courtney getting her yearbook on Wednesday and Kayla having bike day on Friday at school. And then the school picnic on Saturday. We all had a nice, relaxing evening at the picnic and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Here's the news for this week.....

This week is a little depressing for me. Kayla graduates Pre-K on Wednesday!! I'm very bummed about this and can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. I'm just hoping to make it through the night and not be crying the whole time. It's going to be hard. Courtney has a field trip to the Zoo on Tuesday which I get the pleasure of going on. Holy cow!!! Not sure what I was thinking since it's all day. But oh well!!! My Aunt and her family all come in from Dallas on Thursday and this weekend we are all heading to The Farm!!! I'm really looking forward to getting away. It will be nice to relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of crickets, cows, pigs, and coyotes!! I know, to most it doesn't sound relaxing and enjoyable but we love it and I can't wait to get away this weekend!! Especially since next week is Courtney's last week of 1st grade!! That's depressing me a little too. My babies are growing up and are no longer babies!! Maybe it's time to have another..................or maybe not!!! I couldn't imagine starting all over again. But then again it would be fun......but no, not going to happen.
